Blunderosa - Nigerian Dwarf Goats

Our Business

We started out with pygmy goats over 20 years ago and branched out  to a family milker...a cute little LaMancha/Toggenburg named Cocoa Puff.  10 years ago I saw my first Nigerian Dwarf...it was love at first site.  We started out with two does...Prairie Wood Lilah Inavale and Prairie Wood Chocolate Dream.  Our daughters showed them and their kids in 4H.  A year later, we were the proud owners of our first buck.  We now have 3 bucks and 15 does.  We still have Prairie Wood Chocolate Dream and a daughter of our beloved Prairie Wood Lilah Inavale.  Although we are not a certified dairy and cannot sell milk to individuals, we have been drinking our own goat milk for almost 10 years.  I learned how to make soap a couple of years ago, and usually send our buyers home with a bar or two.
